Refund policy

LUMiNE is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. While we stand behind the quality and value of our products and services, we also understand that situations may arise where a refund is sought. Please carefully review our refund policy below, which applies to in-person events and sales only.

Eligibility for refunds

Products and Events Covered: Refunds are only available for products purchased during in-person sales events or tickets for in-person events hosted by LUMiNE. All other sales, including but not limited to online purchases, digital products, and services, are final and not eligible for refunds. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition. This means the product must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage in any way. Products that are returned damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns

Time Frame for Returns: Eligible products must be returned on the same day of purchase to qualify for a refund. The return must be processed by the closing time of the event or sales location on the day of purchase.

In-Person Returns: All refund requests must be made in person at the location of the sale or event. Please bring the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the product in its original condition.

Inspection: Upon return, the product will be inspected by a LUMiNE representative to ensure it meets our return condition requirements. The decision to approve or deny a refund request will be made at the discretion of LUMiNE based on the condition of the returned product.

 

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
